We’ve recently launched our new and improved RIBO Level 2 Unrestricted Management Exam Prep Course, Principal Pathway.
Principal Pathway is designed around building leadership skills for aspiring Principal Brokers and Designated Individuals. This course not only prepares you for the RIBO Level 2 Unrestricted Management exam but also provides each candidate with direct, objective self-reflection into their leadership styles, methods and work with others, in an ethical, effective, compliant, and inclusive manner. The textbook and content was totally re-written and is customized to the Principal Pathway course, covering topics from the internationally acclaimed DiSC Management Assessment diagnostic to individual coaching.
The course is always offered in a hybrid format, giving you the choice of learning in-person or virtually via live broadcast. And now with a wider selection of dates and smaller class sizes to help give each student more support.
Facilitator Melanie Needham—licensed DiSC evaluator and nationally recognized expert Broker instructor—will guide you through the core skills and knowledge you’ll need to be an effective leader.
Additionally, we now offer RIBO’s newest exam, the Accelerated Management Exam, which takes half the time to complete compared to the previous Unrestricted Management Exam.
