Completed online and at their own pace, this course will help fill that skills gap across five areas:

• Brokerage Systems 101 – Learn BMS, Rating Services & Company Portals

• AutoPlus & MVR's – What they are and how to utilize them.

• HITS Reports – What they are and how to utilize them.

• Working with Your Underwriter – Learn the role they play and how to communicate while maintaining a productive relationship.

• Handling Customers – Learn how to handle tough situations and common broker/client interactions.

This eLearning course teaches the hiring/training manager how to build a cohesive and sustainable training program that works. This course provides the manager steps in how to establish a program and integrate their own brokerage processes into the training material created by IBAO. For example – what do you expect from your brokers when they are presenting quotes to a customer?

This program includes the student modules from For a Broker as a complementary tool to build their own brokerage training program.

This program has five modules (all with downloadable examples and practice materials):

• Prepare a training schedule

• Prepare a lesson plan

• Create engaging activities

• Dealing with fuzzy situations

• How to assess if the trainee has absorbed the training
