We’re always looking at recruitment strategies at IBAO, and believe in the power of mentorship and education to shape the future of the brokerage industry. That’s why we want to encourage all brokers to participate in Take Your Kids to Work Day, an Ontario-wide event for Grade 9 Students on Wednesday, November 1st.

By opening your doors to a high school student for a day of experiential learning, you play a pivotal role in nurturing the next generation of potential brokers. Share your expertise and insights while providing students a glimpse of a career in the broker channel.
