Our keynote speaker Warren Macdonald is a testament to what people are capable of when they confront challenges with the right mindset. He lost both of his legs in a climbing accident, but that didn’t hold him back — instead he became the first double leg amputee to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro. He’ll be sharing his inspirational story with us and showing us how we can affect change and strive for excellence in business.

2.  Refreshed CEO Panel
This year we have one returning panelist and four new panelists on our CEO Panel, as well as a new moderator, analytics guru, David Coletto. David brings his fresh, data-driven approach to the panel to ask top executives about the future of their businesses and facilitate a debate-style Q&A. This year we have a stellar lineup of BIP Talks speakers for you. On the same day as Cannabis legalization we have an expert on the business of cannabis. In keeping with this year’s theme — #FeedTheFireWithin — we’ll hear from the former Fire Chief of Fort McMurray. A representative from the Ministry of Finance will discuss Ontario Auto. A technology expert will outline the potential impact autonomous vehicles will have on the future of the industry. And three influential brokers will outline their strategies for success and how they got there.
