IBAO College Mentorship Program: Become a Mentor

1. I understand that applying to the Mentorship Program does not necessarily guarantee participation if IBAO cannot make a suitable match.
2. I can commit to at least 1 virtual/in-person face to face meeting for the mentoring relationship.
3. I understand that my matched student has volunteered for the program and that the relationship is learning-based.
4. I understand that I must take ownership of arranging virtual meetings that I must be prepared for.
5. I understand that my travel and expenses will not be reimbursed.

In consideration of being accepted to participate in the Mentorship Arrangement, I hereby acknowledge:
TO WAIVE, RELEASE AND DISCHARGE the Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario (IBAO) and anyone employed by or acting on behalf of IBAO from any and all claims, causes of action, and any liability for personal injury, death, damage to property or loss of whatsoever nature or kind and howsoever caused which I or my heirs, executors, administrators, or anyone else may have arising out of my participation in the Mentorship Arrangement.
I understand that either party in this relationship can end the arrangement at any time.
