The initiative has produced a number of foundational documents to assist the industry in moving digital communications forward in a consistent, thoughtful, strategic manner, establishing a baseline for digital servicing in the Canadian insurance marketplace.

Currently, the Going Paperless Project is conducting a consumer survey to learn more about consumer preferences for paperless insurance delivery—an important step in guiding the industry’s approach. This survey starts with Ontario and will expand nationally to get a broader picture of consumer preferences across the country.
