The fourth and final course of IBAO’s curriculum on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). This course is about how to take DEI a step further by starting a DEI initiative at your brokerage! This could be done as either an employee or a manager at a brokerage. This course is different from the others because it is built on the experiences of others who have done just that! It is important to know that starting a DEI initiative is not just in your will or determination to do so but involves others to support you and a process so what you envision as a benefit to the brokerage, will actually be that when it comes online.
