IBAO 5-Week Mentorship Program

This is a 5-week program and the program commence based on when the mentee can begin the program. When IBAO has an available match, you will be contacted to confirm if you are available for the following timeline.

Mentorship 5 Week Term Outline
Week 1: General Introduction
Week 2: Review potential career path options
Week 3: Onsite brokerage visit
Week4: Onsite work activity
Week 5: Review current desired career path & interest in continuing in the program

1. I understand that applying to the Mentorship Program does not guarantee participation if IBAO cannot make a suitable match.
2. I am able to commit to the 5-week term schedule.
3. I understand that my matched broker mentor has volunteered for the program and that the relationship is learning-based.
4. I understand that continuing in the program after the 5-week mentorship term will be based on approval from IBAO and my broker mentor.
