Brokers are often faced with situations that present ethical dilemmas. Whether they be in the collection of information in regard to new sales or renewals, adding or deleting endorsements or reviewing coverage provided by a competitor, these dilemmas must be resolved with the ethical considerations properly addressed to leave the broker’s integrity intact and unquestioned.
For brokers with existing clients or who are looking into new sales, this course will renew the fundamental skills in ethics as well as renew integrity brokers have. We will discuss how to apply new techniques in common situations brokers face between their clients and markets.
