This four-part program explores all aspects of brokerage operation from a customer service perspective. The program's offered through correspondence. There’s no exam for the CSIP designation.

Correspondence

This format allows you to work at your own pace with the assistance of a mentor (i.e. manager or owner) from your brokerage. At the end of each module, there’s a summary and review of the text including multiple choice and short answer questions. A certificate will be issued once a letter's been received from your mentor stating that the four modules and all requirements have been completed.

$165 per module
$620 for all four modules (save $40)
