Understanding Cannabis Legalization: The 101
Registering in this course will prevent you from enrolling either of the other Cannabis Legalization courses.
This course combines all three IBAO Cannabis Legalization courses. The prerequisite is Cannabis Legalization 101, which must be completed before taking the additional Personal Lines and Commercial Lines courses. Registering for this course will prevent you from enrolling in either of the other Cannabis Legalization courses.
If you register in error, contact IBAO and we can assist with unregistering you and removing any RIBO hours so you may register for another option.
The course includes downloadable documents in your Resources. It provides an introduction and overview of the Federal Government’s Cannabis Legalization (Bill C-45), exploring the social context and responsibilities of the three levels of government, as well as Bill 174, which outlines Ontario’s specific restrictions on the sale, production, and transportation of cannabis.
