Course Description

By the end of this session, participants will be able to evaluate the financial health of the Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario (IBAO) and recognize the significance of ongoing educational initiatives designed to enhance broker proficiency. Participants will analyze recent market changes and their implications for the industry, while also assessing the impact of IBAO’s advocacy efforts on policy development.  

Furthermore, attendees will investigate the latest technological advancements that can streamline operations and improve client interactions. Finally, participants will engage with the various resources available to IBAO members, fostering professional growth and networking opportunities within the brokerage community.
