Earlier this month, IBAO was proud to announce that the association's CEO, Randy Carroll was awarded with the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for his volunteer work with the Canadian Crime Victim Foundation (CCVF).

IBAO brokers were at Queen’s Park on April 4, as part of the Annual IBAO Queen’s Park Awareness Day, to meet with several Ontario Members of Provincial Parliament (MPP) to present the results of this consumer study and to discuss banning the use of credit scoring on personal property insurance.
