What is a budget? In this seminar, brokers will gain an understanding of the annual budget process and the two approaches you can take to creating a budget for your office. You will learn why it is critical to link the budget to business planning. You will also learn how to use benchmark cost ratios and market information in budgeting process. Participants will be presented with an easy to use budget worksheet covering the key elements of the process.
